Aleksis Karlsons is a professional manager and consultant with over 10 years of experience in the Latvian real estate and luxury hospitality industries. He is also an attorney licensed to practice in the State of New York.
Aleksis heads the management team of the Omnium Properties group of companies, which owns, develops and manages historical commercial and residential properties in Latvia. In addition, Aleksis serves as the CEO of SIA Hotel Bergs, which owns and operates the five-star Hotel Bergs and the luxury country side retreat, Rūmene Manor. Hotel Bergs is member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Aleksis is active in various foundations and business chambers. He is a founding member and chairman of the board of the Latvian Private Historic Houses Association and the Riga Centre Association of Private Historic Buildings. Aleksis is originally from Mill Valley, California.
