While focused on its core business in the development, production and sales of birch plywood Latvijas Finieris is also active in forest management, logging and production of synthetic resins and phenol films. Latvijas Finieris has global presence, with plywood deliveries in more than 60 countries. The company has 12 sales offices in Europe, North America and Asia.
Plywood is a material with lots of potential – our company`s goal is to realize that potential. Latvijas Finieris has five plywood mills and two additional processing plants, five factories in Latvia and one in Lithuania, Estonia and Finland. The company has a secure source of raw material – a plentiful birch log supply. Latvian State Forests and logs are FSC/PEFC certified, providing that our logs come from forests with an environmentally friendly and economically sustainable management system.
Latvijas Finieris` birch plywood is environmentally friendly, beneficial to society and to the economy.
